Seattle Flight's Outstanding Employees
November, 2002
Congratulations to John O'Donnell as the November, 2002 Seattle Flight employee of the month. John is an outstanding instructor who recently came to us from another local flight school. John's persistence, consistent hard work and dedication to professionalism paved the way for one of Seattle Flight's most successful months.
John is yet another example of a Seattle Flight instructor with a perfect success record. This month, we heard nothing but positive feedback about John... with customers praising the depth of his flying knowledge, his careful attention to detail and his methods of steady positive reinforcement.
John's love for flying and instructing have been a great asset to the Seattle Flight team. Thank you John O'Donnell! We are certainly happy to have instructors like yourself on the Seattle Flight staff!
December, 2002
Congratulations to Ian Griffith, the December, 2002 Seattle Flight employee of the month! Ian, a senior instructor from another local flight school, recently came to Seattle Flight to lend his expertise and enthusiasm. Their loss is Seattle Flight's gain!
From developing ground schools and seminars, to volunteering to work with new customers, Ian's outstanding dedication and support for Seattle Flight have enabled the company to greatly expand its products and services.
We all look forward to attending Ian's ground school and seminars in the next few months. I am sure with all of the hard work and creativity that went into them, that they will be very educational and entertaining indeed!
First Quarter, 2003
Congratulations to John O'Donnell, our First Quarter 2003 Outstanding Employee. With the Seattle Flight President out ill for the first few months of the year, John O'Donnell pulled things together and helped Seattle Flight sail through the First Quarter with flying colors.
Since hiring on with Seattle Flight, John has consistently raised the bar for flight instructor performance. Customers continue to speak highly of John's teaching approach and his commitment to making the learning experience fun and enjoyable.
Our customers have certainly responded to John's instructing style, and by March 2003 John was on a record setting pace for sales and flying hours that has continued into the Second Quarter.
John's detailed "Weekly Reports" have helped Seattle Flight management respond to customer feedback and fine-tune our training programs to deliver our customers the most effective and efficient flight training possible.
