On this flight, passengers will have an
opportunity to view the downtown Seattle waterfront, the sparkling waters of the
Puget Sound, sailboats and ocean liners, forested islands and remote beaches and
coves.
Route:

Takeoff from Boeing Field and proceed northbound,
past the Mariners' Safeco Field
-
Cruise along the Seattle waterfront, viewing
skyscrapers and the signature Space Needle
-
Head west across north Elliot Bay and the Puget
Sound
-
Fly south along Bainbridge Island, then passing
over Blake Island
-
Explore Colvos Passage, dividing Vashon Island and
the Kitsap Peninsula
-
Cut across North Vashon Island and follow the
route of the Fauntleroy Ferry
-
Pass low over West Seattle, viewing Sea-Tac
airport on your right
-
Descend over the Duwamish River back into the
Boeing Field area for a landing

winds. Winds from the South will result in the route being run in reverse.
B. Emerald City Circle & Eastside
On this 20-minute scenic flight you will take in
the downtown Seattle waterfront, Lake Union, the University of Washington, Lake
Washington and the Kirkland waterfront, downtown Bellevue and Mercer Island.
Route:

Takeoff from Boeing Field and proceed northbound,
past the Mariners' Safeco Field

Cruise along the Seattle waterfront, viewing
skyscrapers and the signature Space Needle
-
Turn eastbound passing between the Space Needle
and Queen Anne Hill
-
Pass over Lake Union, viewing the houseboat
communities
-
Fly over the University of Washington and Husky
Stadium, then crossing Lake Washington
-
Upon reaching the Kirkland waterfront, follow Lake
Washington south to downtown Bellevue
-
Cross over Mercer Island and Seward Park for an
arrival back into Boeing Field

C. Emerald City Circle & Puget Sound
View the downtown Seattle skyline from all angles
as you circle the Emerald City. Pass over the University of Washington, Green
Lake and the Shilshole Bay Marina.

Takeoff from Boeing Field and proceed northeast
bound, out over Lake Washington

Hug the west shore of Lake Washington as you pass
the I-90 bridge and Capital Hill

Fly over the University of Washington and Husky
Stadium, before heading north around Green Lake

Upon reaching the Puget Sound, follow the shore
southbound passing over Shilshole Marina

View the opening to the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks
as you cross over West
Point

Cruise along Elliot bay as you
pass the Space Needle and the Seattle Skyline

Pass over Safeco Field... and with
binoculars... Is that Ichiro down there?

Return for landing at Boeing Field

Take a flight over Seattle's "Eastside",
passing over the Microsoft Campus and the home of Bill Gates.
Route:
Takeoff from Boeing Field and proceed
eastbound, crossing Mercer Island
Follow I-90 to Lake Sammamish
Fly along the western shores of Lake Sammamish
towards Redmond
Circle the sprawling Microsoft Campus, home of
the world's software empire
Head for the home of Bill Gates, and look for
the immense home of another former Microsoft exec
Pass over Capital Hill and just east of the
Mariners' Safeco Field
Land back at Boeing Field
