US Customs Forms

Before your next international trip, download and print out these useful customs documents. The arrival form should be completed shortly before your departure on the return flight to the US.

If your aircraft does not have a current customs decal, then you should also have the decal request form completed along with a check for the decal fee.

Don't forget to notify customs in the US or Canada before your departure. Canada Customs can be reached at 1-888-CANPASS. US Customs can be reached at the appropriate local telephone number.

Traveling into the US or Canada will also require at least a birth certificate or passport, not just a driver's license!
